Magna Rewards is an electronic card-based loyalty programme designed to reward loyal customers of participating partners in a meaningful way.

Magna Rewards

The loyalty programme is card based and computer tracked. It offers customers free bonus points with every purchase, when shopping at identified Partner locations.

Magna Rewards currently operates in six (6) Caribbean locations: Barbados, Grenada, St.Lucia, St. Vincent, Trinidad and Tobago and Jamaica.

How to Earn Rewards:

Spend more than BDS $10, EC $10, TT $20 or J$200.00 before VAT (or GCT in Jamaica) at any Magna Partner location, present your Magna Card to the cashier and your rewards will be accumulated on your account at the Magna Centre. Once you have accumulated the required reward points, a voucher will be made available to you.

How to Redeem Your Rewards:

Vouchers can be redeemed for purchases made at any of the participating Partners.

Is the Magna Card Really Free?

Yes the Magna Card is absolutely free to customers in Barbados, Trinidad & Tobago, Jamaica and St. Lucia. Customers in St. Vincent pay a nominal fee for the card.

I Received a Magna Card in the mail without applying for one.

There are many retail partners in the programme and these retailers chose the names of their customers to issue cards to so that many people received their card in the post without actually having to apply for one.

How can I apply for a Magna Card?

You can apply for a Magna Card on-line at www.magnarewards.com or by completing an application form. Application forms are available from all Magna partner retail locations.

How long does it take from the time I apply to the time I recieve my Magna Card?

You should receive your card in the mail within a few weeks of your application.

Who is eligible to be a Magna Cardholder?

Any individual who is over 13 years of age can apply for a Magna card. Magna cards should only be issued to individuals and not companies. Magna points will not be issued to customers who shop on behalf of a company or organisation.

The personal Information on my Magna Card is incorrect

If your name was spelt incorrectly, the wrong mailing address was captured or you have a name change due to marriage etc., please contact our Magna Call Centre and speak with one of our Customer Service Representatives at:

Additionally, you can log onto our website at www.magnarewards.com and click the 'Update Information' button and enter in the correct information online.

Can more than one person share the same account?

A maximum of five persons can be on one account - a primary cardholder and four secondary cardholders. Each person will have his or her individual card with the same account number however the voucher will be issued in the primary cardholder's name.

Where can I shop to accumulate Magna Points?

Go to the Partners Link on the Magna rewards webpage, and you will be able to see which Partners you can shop at.

Online Access for New Magna Cardholders

If you have received a new Magna account, you will recieve a Memeber Access Code with your statements. You will use this password to gain access to the Magna website and be able to view your Magna statements, transaction information, and update your customer information online.
