Magnarewards.com`s ("Company") website is currently provided free-of-charge to users who agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Company reserves the right to change the nature of this relationship at any time, and to revise these guidelines and Terms and Conditions from time to time as Company sees fit. Users who violate the terms of this Agreement will have their access canceled and they may permanently be banned from using the Site and any interactive services.
Users should check these terms and conditions periodically. By using the Site after we post changes to these Terms and Conditions, you agree to accept those changes, whether or not you actually reviewed them.
Entering the Site will constitute your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not enter the Site.
MAGNA PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. These Terms & Conditions apply to all MAGNA Rewards cardholders. By registering in the programme or by using the MAGNA Rewards card, cardholders agree to be bound by them. MAGNA Rewards Inc. reserves the right to refuse an application for any reason.
2. Cardholders may contribute their points to another Cardholder’s account on an ongoing basis by indicating this on the registration form. These cardholders are referred to as contributors and receptors, respectively. A contributor will have no access to the receptor’s account.
3. Cardholders must be 15 years of age or older.
4. MAGNA Rewards points may be earned by shopping at MAGNA Rewards retail partners. MAGNA Rewards points may be redeemed at most retail partners. Participating MAGNA reward retail partners may change from time to time.
5. MAGNA Rewards points will be added to Cardholder accounts for qualifying transactions from MAGNA Reward retail partners. MAGNA Rewards will correct any mistakes made that can be reasonably supported and that, where applicable, are authorized by the MAGNA retail partner. In this area MAGNA’s decision is final. Points issued, based on transactions which are subsequently reversed or cancelled, will be reversed on the account.
6. At regular intervals MAGNA Rewards vouchers will be issued to all qualifying customers.
7. MAGNA Rewards vouchers may be redeemed at participating MAGNA retail partners in exchange for goods and/or services at the prevailing rate, subject to availability. These purchases are governed under the normal terms of sale.
8. Cardholders are expected to produce their MAGNA Rewards card and photo ID for inspection and recording at the point of redemption. Vouchers should be treated with care. MAGNA Rewards will not replace lost vouchers. MAGNA Rewards cannot be held responsible for any unauthorized use of lost or stolen vouchers. Vouchers are printed with an expiry date, after which they may not be redeemed. Vouchers which have expired remain the property of MAGNA Rewards Inc.
9. Where a customer registers no transactions for a period of 12 months the account maybe closed. If a MAGNA Rewards account is closed then all cardholder’s rights to points in the account are lost. Additionally, unissued points on any MAGNA Rewards account will expire after one year. All expired points remain the property of MAGNA Rewards Inc.
10. MAGNA Rewards may immediately suspend or terminate the rights of any cardholder and/or close their account if we reasonably believe that they have breached these rules or if there is any theft from or misconduct in connection with MAGNA Rewards, if they provide false or misleading information to us or if they are abusive of offensive to any member of our staff.
11. A MAGNA Rewards cardholder may close their account at any time by notifying MAGNA Rewards Inc. When a customer closes their account, they must return their MAGNA Rewards card. If an account is closed, all cardholder rights to points in the account are lost.
12. MAGNA Rewards retailers to who you have presented your card may add limited personal information about you to their databases for the purpose of marketing and customer relations. This information will be limited to your name and MAGNA Rewards card number.
13. MAGNA Rewards may offer you value enhancing offers at any time relative to your demographic status, supposed information or card usage.
14. These Terms & Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communication, including advertising or promotional materials.
15. MAGNA Rewards Inc. reserves the absolute right and discretion to change any aspect or any of the terms and conditions of the programme without prior notice to cardholders.
16. These Terms & Conditions relate to MAGNA Rewards Inc. and the rights and usage of the MAGNA Rewards card.

TERMINATION

In the event this Agreement is terminated, the restrictions regarding Materials appearing on the Site, and the representations and warranties, indemnities, and limitations of liabilities set forth in this Agreement will survive termination. In the event that you are unsatisfied with the services provided by Company, your sole remedy is to terminate this Agreement.
JURISDICTION

The Company operates the Site from its offices within Barbados. Company makes no representations that content and materials on the Site are legal or appropriate for use from outside Barbados. If you choose to access the Site from other locations, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with any and all local laws. You may not use the Site in violation of Barbados export laws and regulations.
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Barbados. Any claim or cause of action you have with respect to use of the Site must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim arises. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed void, unlawful, or otherwise unenforceable for any reason, that provision will be severed from this Agreement and the remaining provisions of this Agreement will remain in force. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company concerning your use of the Site, and the Agreement will not be modified, except in writing, signed by both parties.
