If the cost of the item is more than the value of the voucher you can pay the difference in cash or charge. Change will not be refunded if the cost of the item is less than the value of the voucher.

The Magna card is not a charge card. However, some of our participants do offer credit facilities. Please apply to them directly if you need a charge account.
What do I do if my card is lost or stolen?

Report it to the Magna Centre as soon as possible and we will issue you another card. In any case, the points earned on the transaction will still go to the account of the name mentioned on the card.
Who can redeem points?

Only current card holders. You can redeem vouchers on presentation of your Magna card and Photo ID (Driver’s License, Passport, National ID card).

What happens if I lose my voucher?

A voucher has monetary value and should be treated the same way you would treat cash. Losing your voucher is similar to losing cash, and we cannot replace lost Magna vouchers.

You should receive your card in the mail within a few weeks of your application.
Who is eligible to be a Magna Cardholder?

Any individual who is over 13 years of age can apply for a Magna card. Magna cards should only be issued to individuals and not companies. Magna points will not be issued to customers who shop on behalf of a company or organisation.
Can more than one person share the same account?

A maximum of five persons can be on one account - a primary cardholder and four secondary cardholders. Each person will have his or her individual card with the same account number however the voucher will be issued in the primary cardholder's name.
